/ OUR STORY

Hi, I’m Lynn. After systematically studying the patisserie course in Sydney, I followed my passion for creating refined, low-sugar desserts by starting my own studio. My focus? Perfecting the art of mille crepe cakes – a labor of love that’s become my signature.

It wasn’t an easy journey. Crafting the ideal mille crepe meant countless trials, from tweaking textures to refining flavors. I tested and adjusted again and again until I finally achieved a result I could be proud of. Each cake features around 28 to 30 ultra-thin crepe layers, each handmade with care. The crepes are as thin as paper and carry a subtle, toasty aroma from the pan –  that gives them character.

The cream is just as important. I’ve developed a range of signature flavors, all carefully balanced to be light and airy, enhancing the delicate crepe layers without overpowering them. The result? A cake that’s indulgent yet refreshing – the kind of dessert that leaves you wanting just one more slice.

In Australia, where we value fresh, quality ingredients and a laid-back yet refined approach to food, I believe these mille crepe cakes offer something truly special.
